Hi there, I’m Sean McKeown and I’ve decided (at long last) to test the practice of the virtues of what we at Kilkenny CEB have been preaching about ‘blogging,’ to see if it works for us!?

First and foremost we believe that our blog will help enhance our position as the first stop shop for small business in County Kilkenny.
Second – we hope our blog will provide us with a two-way communication tool to develop our relationship with our clients and prospective clients (i.e. discuss topics and issues, provide tips and insights or receive feedback.)
Third – we foresee our blog helping us to test out our ideas (i.e. we will use it to publish ideas of projects or programmes we feel would be of benefit to our clients and see if it generates interest?)
Last but not least, we hope the blog will improve our search engine ranking!

So that’s what we want out of our blog. Some would say that the first rule of blogging is that “Thou shall post every day!” Well, we are a small group of people at Kilkenny CEB, so we will endeavour to post to the blog and to respond to post as frequently and as quickly as we can! We do want to use the blog as an effective means of engaging with our clients / prospective clients.

So who are our clients / prospective clients? Anyone thinking of starting a business or anyone currently in business in County Kilkenny. We look forward to blogging with you!
